Search and quick actions (⌘K)
Use ⌘K or Ctrl+K in the web dashboard to find pages, people, events and posts, switch team and create things directly.
Search is the fastest way around the web dashboard. One shortcut, a few letters – and you're on the right page or creating an event straight away.
Opening search
- Mac: ⌘ K
- Windows/Linux: Ctrl K
- or click Search… in the sidebar – on a phone, the magnifying glass at the top.
The same shortcut closes search again. On a phone it opens full screen.

What search finds
Before you type anything you already see Actions, Pages and Switch team. As soon as you type, more results appear:

| Switch team | all teams and clubs from the switcher |
| People | members of the selected team or club – opens their profile |
| People in other teams | members of your other teams – switches team first, then opens the profile |
| Events | events of the selected team, upcoming first – opens the event in the calendar |
| Posts | the team's posts – only if you can manage posts or polls |
Upper and lower case and accents don't matter. With several words, every word has to match. Results that start with what you typed rank higher.
All quick actions
A quick action opens the right page and the right dialog in one go. You only see actions you have the permissions for.

Uploading files deliberately isn't available in search – drag them straight into Documents.

Outside search there are a few handy shortcuts. On Windows, use Ctrl instead of ⌘.
