Statistics and leaderboard
Analyse attendance and replies in your team, keep an eye on upcoming events, and use the group’s workout leaderboard.
VolleyFit analyses who attended how often, who was late and who didn’t reply. On top of that, the leaderboard compares the best workout performances of the players in a group.
Opening team statistics in the app
- Open your team and switch to the Events tab.
- Tap the round chart icon next to the past-events toggle.
Everyone with the Group statistics permission can see the statistics – coaches and supervisors by default. There are two tabs: Attendance and Carpooling.
Filters:
- Period: From / To, or quickly Current season, Last season, Last 3 months, Last month. By default the season starts on 1 September – you can change the start in the team settings.
- Event types: Training, Game, Event.
- You can also include or exclude individual events or series.
What attendance shows
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Team attendance | Share of acceptances out of all invitations in the period |
| Ø Participants | Average participants per event |
| Response rate | How many people replied |
| Lateness | How often someone was late |
| Unexcused | How often someone missed an event without notice |
| Attendance by type | Split by practice, game and event |
Below that is a table with each person: attendance in %, lateness (Late), open replies (Open) and unexcused absences (Abs.), plus an icon per event. Tap an icon to see the person’s note.
How it’s calculated:
- Only past events in the period count. Cancelled events are left out.
- Each person is only measured against the events they were invited to.
- Anyone marked as going counts as present. You record lateness and unexcused absences in the participant list – see Attendance, nominations and guests.
Individual people: tap a row. You’ll see attendance, lateness, the Longest streak of events in a row, unexcused absences and the most common decline reasons.
Upcoming: the button at the top right switches to the Upcoming preview until the end of the season – with acceptance rate, number of events and open replies.
More statistics in the app
- Load: on the team page, the Load card shows how many players are overloaded or underloaded – more in Understanding load & ACWR.
- Exercise statistics: under Workouts → Statistics you see your own personal bests and trends per exercise – free of charge. See Completing workouts. Coaches can see other players’ statistics on their profile if the team has Premium.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard compares personal bests from completed workouts within a group.
- Open your team and tap ⋮ at the top → Leaderboard.
- At the top you’ll see the Medal Table: gold scores 3 points, silver 2, bronze 1 – added up across all exercises.
- Below are the Exercises with ranking. Use Search exercise to find a specific one.
- Tap an exercise to see the ranking by Weight, Reps or Time.
Rules:
- Only players count (without a coach or supervisor role).
- An exercise only appears once at least three players have completed it.
- The Leaderboard menu item is shown to anyone with the View member data permission – coaches and supervisors by default.
Hiding yourself from the leaderboard
On the leaderboard, the ⋮ menu has the item Hide from leaderboard or Show in leaderboard. The setting applies to your whole account, so in all teams. Anyone who is hidden can still see the list.
In the web dashboard
- Calendar → Statistics: the Attendance card shows Team attendance, Avg. per event, Response rate, Late arrivals and Unexcused, plus a Ranking of everyone by acceptance rate. Only past events that weren’t cancelled count – the type, subgroup and person filters apply too.
- Needs attention lists upcoming events with missing replies or less than 60 % acceptances.
- The Season timeline shows how many practices, games and events are planned per calendar week. The Workouts card shows the completion rate of assigned workouts over the last 28 days.
- Statistics in the sidebar shows the team ACWR (Premium) – see Understanding load & ACWR.
- In the member view, the Statistics tab shows a player’s exercise statistics (Premium).
The Leaderboard in the dashboard under Measurements belongs to performance tests, not workouts – more in Running performance tests.
